Florida has been part of my life since 1996 — my first visit to Anna Maria Island came at six weeks old. Thirty years on the same stretch of coast: first in our own vacation homes, later as the one responsible for them.

Today we look after a number of properties across Manatee County for homeowners who are mostly somewhere else. That is where the experience comes from. My background is in sales; what I kept from it is unglamorous and useful — be reachable, be straight, and do what was agreed.

Whether it is a waterfront residence or a one-bedroom condo, we look after every property the way we look after our own.
